Solar Energy Engineer

Teltrans is driving the integration of solar energy into transportation advertising and EV infrastructure, creating sustainable and scalable solutions. Our mission is to optimize renewable energy use in transit-based advertising networks. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Solar Energy Engineer to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in photovoltaic (PV) system design, energy storage integration, and sustainable energy solutions.

ABOUT THE JOB

Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:Work closely with project managers, engineers, and utility providers.Act as the primary technical resource for solar energy solutions.Conduct regular assessments to ensure optimal solar system performance.Solar System Design & Integration:Design and develop solar PV systems for transit-based advertising structures.Assess site conditions and energy potential for solar installations.Integrate solar power with battery storage and grid connections.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.Benefits:Exposure to cutting-edge marketing strategies in the transportation industry.Hands-on experience in client relationship management and sales strategy execution.Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
