ABOUT THE JOB

Support daily production operations by coordinating schedules, tracking inventory levels, and facilitating material availability to ensure on-time delivery.Monitor and expedite part movement across departments, maintaining a high sense of urgency to meet critical deadlines.Assist with production scheduling and execution by collaborating with planning, quality, and manufacturing teams.Leverage ERP/MRP systems to update work orders, check part statuses, and support accurate material planning.Analyze and interpret Manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure materials and resources are aligned with production needs.Coordinate logistics and inventory tracking to optimize supply chain flow and minimize delays.Prepare and maintain reports using Excel, including pivot tables and other data tools to identify trends and support decision-making.Partner with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, Planning, and Quality—to align priorities and resolve roadblocks.Maintain a high level of detail orientation and initiative to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process enhancements.
