This SkillBridge seeks to train a generally skilled and computer savvy person in the specifics of Digital Analysis with a strong focus on marketing, product and industry knowledge. Much of the knowledge gained will be Jewelry and Luxury industry centric with a broad set of underlying skills and familiarizations with modern day online marketing tools and associated downstream data analysis processes, software and visualization products. This SkillBridge is designed to make you not only employable in a wide range of fields (all with a functional area of marketing), but also a direct pipeline to work for Neena's Jewelry in a variety of capacities.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Digital Analyst will analyze customer behavior, optimize online engagement, and identify growth opportunities, directly influencing the company’s online sales and customer retention efforts. This includes managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and email marketing services such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo. On a day-to-day basis, the Digital Analyst will gather and analyze website and campaign performance data, refine audience targeting, and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum return on investment. Additionally, they will use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media insights to evaluate customer behaviors, review campaign performance (e.g., revenue increase, reach, engagement), and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies. The role will also involve synthesizing data into actionable recommendations, presenting insights through reports or dashboards, and collaborating directly with the business owner to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Generally skilled and computer savvy.
  • Familiarization with modern day online marketing tools.
  • Knowledge in downstream data analysis processes, software, and visualization products.
