This executive track role focuses on identifying contract opportunities, managing compliance systems, developing capability positioning, and building long term government partnerships.This structured leadership track can be applied for with a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days, based on command approval and program alignment. ABOUT THE JOB

The Vice President of Government Contracting leads all public sector growth initiatives and procurement strategy for Ride Fear Free.Primary responsibilities include:Develop and execute a comprehensive government contracting growth strategy.Identify federal, state, and local contract opportunities aligned with Ride Fear Free training and safety initiatives.Oversee SAM registration, compliance documentation, NAICS positioning, and certification tracking.Develop and refine capability statements, past performance narratives, and executive summaries.Coordinate proposal development including pricing models, scope alignment, and submission timelines.Build relationships with contracting officers, procurement specialists, and government agencies.Research set aside programs including SDVOSB, veteran focused programs, and related procurement categories.Integrate artificial intelligence based contract research and opportunity tracking systems.Collaborate with accounting, legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure compliance and delivery readiness.Provide executive reporting on pipeline opportunities, bid activity, and contract performance projections.This role prepares participants for senior procurement leadership, government contracting director, or public sector business development executive positions.Apply Now:https://my.usaev.net/v2/preview/XzeuSbt1qLZMX1AD3Sqt
