Content Curator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Curator Intern/Extern to join our team. In this role, you will manage data hygiene for our AI database and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and readily available to support business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to source and organize content that powers our AI solutions.

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities: ● Data Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and consistency across our AI database and RAG systems. ● Content Sourcing: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to pull in relevant content that aligns with ongoing business and AI initiatives. ● Database Organization: Assist in structuring and organizing content to optimize retrieval and usage within the AI database. ● Content Auditing: Regularly audit data and content to identify and resolve gaps or redundancies. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison with various departments to understand content needs and gather information for AI training. Qualifications: ● Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Information Science, Data Management, Marketing, or a related field. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams. ● Interest in AI and data management best practices.
