IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to thoroughly understand the scope of roles and develop innovative sourcing strategies to uncover top talent in the marketCreate and compose compelling messaging that highlights the exciting technical challenges and incredible culture at Snowflake.Build trusted and long-term relationships with Recruiters to guarantee a steady stream of qualified and diverse candidates.Assist with screening candidates while ensuring our hiring process is consistent and inclusiveTrack and maintain a real time record of candidate pipelines for each role.Leverage talent platforms like Handshake and LinkedIn to assist with passive sourcing early career talent when neededAssist the Early Career team with building lasting relationships with university faculty and student organizations to develop a healthy pipeline of recent graduate and intern candidatesAssist with execution of intern program eventsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:A passion for building early career teams while delivering exceptional candidate experienceStrong Attention to Detail: The ability to learn how to present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner to various stakeholders.Proven ability to create a strategic campus recruiting strategy while maintaining a healthy candidate pipelineStrategic Thinker: The ability to connect the dots between metrics and overall business strategy.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity in Google suite (Sheets, Docs, etc…)
