RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study and execute various real-world real estate marketing techniques
• Engage in market research
• Perform data mining and aggregation
• Create and distribute direct mail
• Participate in personal networking events
• Manage social media marketing
• Design and deploy signage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a self-starter
• Motivated
• Regular access to transportation
• Internet access
• Access to a computer
• Access to a printer

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must be self-starters, motivated, and have regular access to transportation, internet, a computer, and printer to enable training and practical exercises.
