At gWorks, the Implementation Specialist Intern is an integral role designed to assist in guiding clients through the adoption and effective utilization of our software. This internship is aimed at ensuring clients’ successful onboarding and configuring software based on gWorks' best practices and client-specific policies. Our solutions include but are not limited to Accounting and General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Utility Billing, and Citizen Engagement.
Client Onboarding: Assist in guiding clients through the initial implementation and adoption of gWorks software under the supervision of senior staff.Software Configuration: Help configure software in alignment with gWorks’ best practices and client policies.Client Engagement: Support proactive engagement and coaching of clients through regular, focused interactions.Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in gathering and providing client data and insights to the Client Success team, supporting client satisfaction and software utilization.Continuous Improvement: Monitor client progress during onboarding, identifying areas for improvement in onboarding processes and software functionalities.Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within gWorks as part of our Operations team.
