Consistently communicates with customers in a prompt, friendly, courteous, tactful, and helpful manner to facilitate the work accomplishment of the team. • Organizational Savvy: Exercises a solid understanding of internal office politics and the impact on decisions made when writing guidance or planning program initiatives. Demonstrates political awareness and ensures actions or communications successfully navigate controversial situations or personalities.
