The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential rental properties and co-working spaces, ensuring that all assets are maintained, occupied, and operating efficiently. This role serves as the central point of coordination between tenants, vendors, and internal teams, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards across all properties. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.In this role, the individual will handle tenant communications through platforms such as Apartments.com, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests. Responsibilities also include managing utility activations and terminations, coordinating property turnovers, and overseeing renovations and ongoing maintenance. The Property Manager will work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, while maintaining clear documentation and updates within company systems.This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage timelines, communicate effectively, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors is essential. While prior experience in property management or real estate is beneficial, it is not required; a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence are key to success in this role.
