The Special Operations Supervisor is part of a travel team that provides operational support to warehouses across the United States including implementing new IT systems in conjunction with project management and information technology partners.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Support the implementation of WMS systems in partnership with the Information Technology team.• Ensure site inventory meets Lineage operating standards.• Train, monitor and provide direct support to front line leaders and hourly team members.• Drive site and company-wide metrics including safety standards.• Stabilize the operation pre/post WMS conversions or system upgrades.• Provide subject matter expertise to unstable facilities.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years warehouse experience• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.• Ability to effectively present information and train in both one on one and small group settings• Capable of becoming certified to operate all the equipment used in the warehouse.• Exposure to WMS systems or demonstrated aptitude with technology.• Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives pertaining to operations and personnel.• Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.• Must have a Real ID or Valid US Passport• Ability to travel up to 85
