DOD Strategic Systems Support
The ARA Strategic Systems program provides multiple training areas for transitioning service members and veterans to work along side skilled SMEs in their perspective areas of expertise. Training is tailored to the individuals background and understanding in those specific areas. The skills are translated through an OJT course set up and individualized to coordinate and best meet the transitioning members needs with the customers needs. Many times these positions are identified as a shortage or as surge positions that have continuing and enduring support needed. There is a required security clearance needed to be considered for these positions.

ABOUT THE JOB
Our training provides the background and experience needed to be competitive for positions in the areas of; program analytical, system analysis, program management, program control, data management, program logistics, coordination and ranking of competing priorities, integration skills and development of program documents. All specific skills will be aligned and focused on the position shortage or opening at the time of transition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and best meet the transitioning members needs with the customers needs
- Translation of skills through an OJT course set up and individualized
- Development of program documents
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Security Clearance
- Understanding of related system or subsystem being trained
- Experience in program analytical, system analysis, program management, program control, data management, program logistics, coordination and ranking of competing priorities, integration skills
