The SkillBridge Apprentice will support the Director of Employment in managing employment initiatives that connect veterans with career opportunities in technology. This role blends data analysis, storytelling, project coordination, and program management to help scale employment programs and communicate impact to partners, stakeholders, and leadership.The apprentice will work cross-functionally with internal teams, employer partners, and veteran participants to support program delivery, track performance metrics, and translate program data into compelling insights and presentations.This role is ideal for transitioning service members interested in workforce development, program management, operations, or data-driven decision-making within the tech ecosystem.
Program & Project ManagementSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of employment initiatives and veteran hiring programs.Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple employment programs.Assist in developing scalable processes and documentation for program operations.Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-ups with internal teams and employer partners.Maintain project plans, dashboards, and program documentation.Data Analysis & StorytellingAnalyze program data and employment outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Translate quantitative data into clear narratives that communicate program impact.Develop reports and visual dashboards that support decision-making and partner reporting.Create data-driven insights that inform program strategy and stakeholder engagement.Presentation & CommunicationsBuild executive-level presentations that communicate program progress, outcomes, and impact.Prepare briefing materials for internal leadership, employer partners, and external stakeholders.Support storytelling efforts that highlight veteran success stories and employment outcomes.Assist with employer engagement materials and program marketing collateral.Operations & Program SupportAssist with managing relationships with hiring partners and workforce development organizations.Support coordination of hiring events, workshops, and partner engagement activities.Help maintain CRM systems and employment tracking tools.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the employment team.
