In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development and configuration of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in development and will be eager to learn about SaaS solutions, showcase strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
ABOUT THE JOB
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Experience working within a mature software development life cycle (SDLC).• Good understanding of web development languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.• Experience configuring business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scheduled jobs, and UI actions in ServiceNow.• Experience in developing and administering at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, or CSM.• Good understanding of Agile methodology.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.• ITIL v4 foundation certification.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the design, development, and testing of platform solutions that support ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior team members.• Develop and configure functionality on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.• Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other teams to develop solutions and execute release activities.• Document technical requirements and as-built documentation.• Collaborate with other internal IT teams to create automation solutions.• Troubleshoot automation issues and find practical solutions to address barriers, enabling forward movement in the application lifecycle.• Participate in system upgrades and other support activities as needed.• Actively participate in story refinement and level of effort determination ceremonies.Apply Today!If you're passionate about building efficient solutions and fostering a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
