The Human Resources (HR) Department at Lovell Government Services supports the organization by managing workforce operations, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and talent development. SkillBridge participants receive structured, instructional training designed to introduce civilian HR practices within a federal contracting and regulated healthcare environment. Training activities are supervised, developmental, and non-operational in nature.
