This opportunity equips transitioning service members with the time, training, and mentorship needed to become skilled industry program managers. Participants receive instruction in federal acquisitions, government contracting, industrial security, cybersecurity compliance, technical writing, and contracting. Most importantly, the program offers hands-on experience through direct mentorship and shadowing of a seasoned program manager.
Program Mangers at AIC are responsible for providing oversight to the successful execution of contracts. This includes contract compliance, team leadership, client engagement, budgeting, scheduling, and understanding risk management. Program Managers must maintain detailed records of contract performance and provide regular status reports, deliverables, and performance updates to clients and company leadership.
