We are excited to add a new Project Coordinator to our team. As akey player in our operations/delivery team, this role will primarily focus on three areas: securingrebates, capturing warranties, and managing special projects. We’re looking for a candidate witha strong foundation in task management and organizational skills who is also comfortableproviding excellent customer support, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Timeline for Role Expectations:● Within two weeks, you will be acquainted with our systems, processes, and team, andstart managing basic tasks.● Within one month, you’ll have full ownership of rebates, efficiently handling all customerinquiries and begin to recommend areas of improvement.● Within three months, you will be a key player in our operations, ensuring rebates andwarranties are processed efficiently and leading process optimization efforts, improving theefficiency and accuracy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and helping our teamscale.Success in this role looks like/can be measured as:● High customer (internal and external) satisfaction rates and positive feedback.● Efficient and completion of invoices, rebates, and warranties● Ensuring flagged or returned documents are handled efficiently to keep the process ontrack● Continuous improvement in KPI tracking and data management.About You:● At least two years of experience in a similar customer-facing operational role requiringstrong attention to detail.● You are comfortable handling simultaneous inquiries, across multiple communicationschannels, from both internal and external customers.● You have experience managing data, updating dashboards and using CRM systems.● You are beyond proficient in verbal and written English language communication.● You retain information well and you are able to follow, document, and improveprocesses.● You lead with empathy and strive to provide exceptional customer service.● You maintain a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
