WithYouWithMe Academy provides 12-week (or 100 hours) training for high-demand careers in cybersecurity, robotics process automation, data analytics and cloud. Graduates would then work on a current WithYouWithMe contract to gain additional practical work experience and proficiency of learned competencies. Program graduates gain an interview for a full-time job at WithYouWithMe or one of our hiring partners. WYWM Academy is a completely online course. The training is free with no need to access the GI Bill.

Service members ready to begin the WYWMAcademy application process must hold a current honorable service status and must secure command authorization. Service members then need to complete the WYWM online aptitude and psychometric assessment https://portal.withyouwithme.com/signup. There are no other educational requirements for entry to this training. WYWMAcademy is certified by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
