The Job – Associate/AnalystAn applicant will be expected to perform a variety of daily tasks which can include but are not limited to:• Creating marketing materials for email campaigns, newsletters, and mailers• Underwriting and financial analysis of investment properties• Create client deliverables such as property valuations and marketing packages• Drafting various real estate contracts and listings agreements, personal letters, and other forms• Catalogue and track comparable property sales, active listings, and historical sales data2718 W. Additionally, this person will be task and process oriented, possess strong internet research skills, exhibit an analytical approach to problems, and have the capacity to manage the needs of three full-time brokers.
