This immersive (20 week) program bridges military technical skillswith a civilian career in aviation manufacturing and support,exposing participants to multiple work environments — fromproduction hangars and flight lines to customer delivery centers —while emphasizing safety, quality, and customer service.
Supports aircraft seat installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and rework activities at airframer facilities. Performs mechanical, trim/cosmetic, and electrical repairs; interprets drawings/specifications and rework instructions; documents defects and corrective actions; coordinates parts; and communicates with Safran, Quality, Engineering, and airframer teams while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
High School diploma or GED in Degree2 years of experience related to troubleshooting and repair.
