Interns MUST be able to travel to Tampa, Florid for training. The Skillbridge Internship Program through Learning Alliance Corporation will prepare the Service Member for a career in the telecommunications industry. This will be accomplished through eight weeks of classroom and On the Job Training (OJT) to receive multiple certifications recognized by the industry to include CPR, OSHA 10, VIAVI 3Z RF Vision, Applying Wi-Fi Technologies, DAS Installation, PIM/LINE sweeping, small cell installation and DOT Flagging. Upon completion of the program, the interns will then be prepared for an employment offer letter from our partner company, Collab First, in Tampa, FL.
For the Skillbridge training program, this program prepares the service member to fill small cell & structured cable technician positions as well as fiber optics installation technician roles.
Interns MUST have a valid driver's license (from any state) and be able to pass a background check going back 5 years. Students will need to relocate to Tampa, Florida for this position after they clear the service.

Interns will be housed at our facility at no charge. However, they will be responsible for their own food during the program. A packing list will be provided with additional items.
