We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Specialist (Apprentice) to support our business in identifying, engaging, and acquiring ideal target customers for our diverse range of services. This role is designed for an individual eager to develop expertise in sales, lead generation, and technical business development while gaining hands-on experience in project management, training, and consulting solutions. ABOUT THE JOB

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Outreach:Identify and research potential clients who can benefit from our business development, management, project management, training, and technical education programs.Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking to engage prospective clients.Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, tracking progress and follow-ups.Sales & Business Development Support:Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.Support in creating customized sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and conversion techniques.Market Research & Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and positioning.Gather insights on client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns based on market data.Product & Service Knowledge:Gain in-depth knowledge of our training programs, curriculum development, and consulting services.Effectively communicate service benefits and value propositions to prospects.Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in project management, technical training, and business consulting.Qualifications & Skills:Strong research and analytical skills for identifying high-potential leads.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales outreach platforms is a plus.Benefits & Learning Opportunities:Hands-on training in technical sales, lead generation, and business development.Mentorship from experienced professionals in project management and consulting.Exposure to real-world sales strategies and industry-specific challenges.Potential for long-term growth and a future full-time role within the company.How to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your interest in technical sales and business development.
