ABOUT THE JOB

Chef Manager - Across the US, Compass Group provides tremendous opportunities in culinary and food service operations. As a chef manager, you will have ample opportunity to put your team mindset and knowledge of food and catering trends, along with cost controls, purchasing and inventory management expertise to work. In addition, specialized training, development, and learning plans to understand the ins and outs of culinary and food service operations with mentorship will be available during this opportunity.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

This opportunity is a fourteen to sixteen (14-16) week intensive program that combines e-instruction plus work experience in a supervised real-world environment. Partnered mentors, who will guide participants in skill development and workplace success, will supervise participants of the program.
