Position Description CGI Federal is offering an interim DoW Skillbridge Fellowship opportunity designed for a transitioning US Army Colonel (0-6) to support the Army Sector, with a focus on data integration across multiple fields including but not limited to: human resources, financial management, logistics, automation, and IT services. The fellowship will also involve cross-functional business development and program support across the Army Operations portfolio. This role is intended to leverage the candidate’s senior-level operational experience and broad understanding of Army requirements, modernization priorities, and multi-domain integration.This DoW Skillbridge Fellowship includes an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement for corporate proprietary information exchange and must operate under the Army legal guidelines. This role is designed to be flexible, enabling the candidate to contribute remotely as personal scheduling allows.

Army HR, Manpower & Reserve Affairs, Force Sustainment Supporta. Provide senior-level operational insights supporting Army programs across the enterprise, specifically within Force Sustainmentb. Assist CGI teams in understanding operational user needs, key capability gaps, and integration challenges across the enterprise.c. Advise on synchronizing CGI Federal IP to the Army’s warfighting functions and mission sets2. Analyze Army Processes in relation to CGI Federal’s SBIR Automation Delivery Modela. Serve as an experienced advisor to the Army processes, timelines, and stakeholder coordinationb. Offer guidance on capability considerations to fill gaps in Army processesc. Support strategy development for aligning CGI Federal solutions and service offerings with customers Army and Other Defense Agency customers3. Business Development & Market Positioning Supporta. Support Army Sector leadership with business development planning, opportunity shaping, and capture strategy development related to the Army and Other Defense Agency Operationsb. Provide subject matter expertise for white papers, solution narratives, use cases, customer engagement strategies, and proposal development effortsc. Engage with internal BD teams to help identify, evaluate, and mature opportunities aligned to Army modernization priorities and multi-domain capability integration4. Cross-Functional Programmatic & Portfolio Supporta. Collaborate closely with Army Sector leadership, including Portfolio Directors and Program Managers, to support ongoing emerging initiatives within the Army and Other Defense Agency Sectorb. Participate in internal planning sessions, solutioning engagements, and programmatic reviews as availability permitsc. Offer strategic insights on stakeholder relations, enterprise risk considerations, and integration of Army operational needs into programmatic execution5. Mentorship & Organizational Engagementa. Provide mentorship and insight to CGI Federal teams seeking a deeper understanding of Army structure, culture, mission command dynamics, and transformation in contact.b. Assist in bridging communication and operational understanding between technical teams and former military stakeholdersRequired Qualifications to be Successful in this Role• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work.• Secret Clearance Required• BS Required.• 5+ years of experience• Must be part of the DoW Skillbridge programDesired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills Required:• MS Preferred• TS/SCI Preferred• DoD/Army Experience Preferred

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Secret Clearance Required.
• BS Required.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Must be part of the DoW Skillbridge program.
• MS Preferred.
• TS/SCI Preferred.
• DoD/Army Experience Preferred.
