Human Resources and Compliance Manager Internships/Apprentice
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources and Compliance Manager to oversee both HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, and retention while ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.

You will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, preparing compliance reports, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations is essential.
