The Warehouse Associate supports daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for picking, packaging, inspecting, stocking, loading, and distributing materials and products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with shipping requirements. Participants will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping processes, material inspections, and industrial safety practices while supporting fast-paced operational workflows.
The Warehouse Associate – Pick, Pack, Ship performs the physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Checks received product against purchase orders/invoices, documents receipt of products, and rejects unsatisfactory items. Experience in a Material Handler / Order Picking-Packing / Warehouse role.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to count, measure, and calculate for the purpose of inspecting / packaging products.Use of hand tools to cut, package, and secure products for shipment.Ability to lift 50lbs. unassisted.Bending, lifting, and standing for an 8-hour shift.Use a rolling ladder and a ladder to climb 18’ to pick the product.Forklift certification is an asset.
