Krispy Kreme’s Human Resources Project Management SkillBridge Program provides transitioning Service Members with structured, hands-on training within a corporate Human Resources environment at the company’s Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Participants will gain practical experience supporting enterprise HR initiatives, project management activities, leadership development efforts, organizational communication, workforce analytics, and cross-functional business operations. The program is designed to help Service Members translate military leadership and operational experience into civilian Human Resources and Project Management careers.
Participants will support Human Resources projects and operational initiatives while receiving hands-on training in corporate project coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting, leadership support, employee engagement activities, and organizational operations. Participants will collaborate with HR leaders and business partners while developing professional skills in project management, business communication, data analysis, and strategic coordination.
