Operations Manager: Over sees daily operations of the pet grooming/ dog training business. 10-65 hrs per week GOAL: learn and understand each department to be capable to cover any position that would be vacant or cover for absent employee.
Reception: 20- 32hr per week1. answer phones/ respond to texts/emails 2. answer questions, schedule appointments 3. take in / send home clients4. collect payments, record in system5. ensure front entrance is neat and clean6. verify veterinary records7. open and/or close facility.B. Preform minimum skills in grooming: bath, nails, ears, brush out8. Increase proper grooming skills of breed or client instruction: clipper, scissor.9.
