ABOUT THE JOB
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries fromsenior managers.• Support the internal corporate processes, ensuring tasks and deliverables stay on target for activities related to human resources, contracts, accounting, and security.• Support the success of the company through contributions to solution development, recruiting, business development or other company events and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in communications, including presentations, white papers, proposal development, outreach/marketing information, and other materials.

- Support the internal corporate processes, ensuring tasks and deliverables stay on target for activities related to human resources, contracts, accounting, and security.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years minimum work experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other software programs.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering related field with 5 years minimum work experience related to nuclear weapons systems, nuclear cooperation programs, nuclear forensics, and/or knowledge of DOD capabilities to Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD). Excellent written and oral skills, and experience in working with teams and working groups from multiple agencies. Clearance level should be at a Top Secret, with an SCI preferred
