Contracts Manager, seeking junior to mid-level.
A Contracts Manager develops, negotiates, and administers contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements, protect company interests, and maintain positive customer and supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle. They draft contract terms and conditions, review solicitations and RFPs, lead negotiations on pricing and terms, manage contract modifications and closeouts, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations including FAR/DFARS for government work. In defense contracting environments, they serve as the primary interface with government contracting officers, manage flowdown requirements to subcontractors, handle teaming agreements and intellectual property issues, and ensure all contractual obligations including data deliverables, reporting requirements, and compliance certifications are met. They work closely with program management, finance, and legal teams to mitigate contract risks, resolve disputes, support proposal development, and maintain the company's contractual rights while fostering successful long-term business relationships.
Bachelor's preferred.
