The Cybersecurity Compliance Personal SkillBridge Program at Ride Fear Free is designed for transitioning service members who want to lead cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, data protection strategy, and risk management oversight. This role focuses on ensuring that the organization’s digital infrastructure, databases, training platforms, sponsorship systems, and communications networks operate within recognized cybersecurity standards and best practices.This structured leadership track can be applied for with a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days, based on command approval and program alignment. ABOUT THE JOB

The Cybersecurity Compliance Director ensures that Ride Fear Free’s technology systems meet security standards and regulatory requirements.Primary responsibilities include:Develop and implement cybersecurity compliance policies and governance frameworks.Conduct security audits and risk assessments across company systems and digital platforms.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and industry best practices.Develop documentation supporting compliance audits and security reviews.Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation efforts.Develop and maintain cybersecurity compliance reporting dashboards.Create training materials and awareness programs for internal staff regarding cybersecurity policies.Coordinate with technology teams to ensure secure system configuration and access control protocols.Utilize artificial intelligence based threat monitoring and compliance analysis tools.Provide executive leadership with regular risk assessments and compliance updates.This role prepares participants for careers in cybersecurity governance, information security compliance management, risk assessment leadership, or enterprise security consulting.Apply Now:https://my.usaev.net/v2/preview/XzeuSbt1qLZMX1AD3Sq
