The Damascus Gaming Employment Skills Training Program will provide hands-on experience in esports industry business operations, financial administration, digital marketing management, and organizational development. This position is designed to provide transitioning service members with practical civilian workforce skills applicable to esports, entertainment, media, and technology driven business environments. Primary responsibilities include supporting daily business operations, assisting with budgeting and financial tracking, maintaining operational documentation, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Interns will learn industry standard practices related to business administration, customer engagement, financial reporting, marketing coordination, and operational planning.
