ABOUT THE JOB

As an Operations Manager at Dope Coffee, you will learn how to lead day-to-day production, logistics, inventory, and café operations. This position will help you learn how to ensure that our premium coffee products are roasted, packaged, and delivered with precision and excellence—on time, every time. This role blends leadership, quality control, compliance, and team development, all aligned with Dope Coffee’s mission of culture, creativity, and coffee.Key Learning Objectives: lDaily roasting, packaging, and fulfillment operationsMaintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)Lead a team of production staff and coordinate with café/barista teamsManage inventory and vendor procurement systemsEnsure compliance with FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulationsMonitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, and deliveryReport regularly on operations performance and improvement areas

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day production, logistics, inventory, and café operations
• Ensure premium coffee products are roasted, packaged, and delivered with precision and excellence
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Lead a team of production staff and coordinate with café/barista teams
• Manage inventory and vendor procurement systems
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations
• Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, quality, and delivery
• Report regularly on operations performance and improvement areas

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lead day-to-day production and café operations
• Skills in maintaining and improving SOPs
• Experience in leading a team
