Paducah Ford offers transitioning military members hands-on training in automotive sales, dealership operations, customer service and business management. Participants will work alongside experienced dealership personnel and gain practical skills to prepare them for civilian employment in the automotive industry.
Participants will receive structured training in automotive sales, inventory management, customer relationship management, dealership operations, finance and insurance processes, and customer service. The program also includes exposure to leadership, business operations and management responsibilities. Training will follow the approved SkillBridge training plan.
