As we grow, we are looking for a driven, strategic-minded individual to help scale our TikTok Shop operations through the DoD SkillBridge program. We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to take ownership of the back-end management and promotional strategy for our TikTok Shop. This role is not responsible for primary content creation — WAYS already has an internal media team that drives standard content for TikTok and other platforms. Instead, your focus will be on creating and running effective Shop promotions, managing customer experience on TikTok Shop, and working to convert views into sales. Experience with Shopify would be extremely beneficial and can help us align our direct-to-consumer strategy across both platforms and various media channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesShop Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the TikTok Seller Center, including product listings, inventory health, pricing, and fulfillment compliance.Affiliate & Creator Management: Manage relationships with high-performing affiliates and UGC (User Generated Content) creators to drive authentic product promotion.Live Commerce Support: Coordinate with livestream hosts and production teams to plan and optimize high-converting live shopping events.Campaign & Content Strategy: Plan promotional calendars, including seasonal activations and limited-edition drops, while ensuring content aligns with TikTok's current algorithm and trends.Performance Analysis: Track and report on key metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and affiliate productivity.Paid Media Management: Launch and optimize TikTok Spark Ads and GMV-Max campaigns to scale shop performance. Preferred Skills & Experience• Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing, with specific experience in TikTok Shop preferred (please include examples or results).• Proficiency in TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, and applicable Shopify integrations (preferred qualification). • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, trending, remote or hybrid team environment(s). • Education in marketing, business, sales experience, or associated TikTok management training advantageous in role.• Professional experience in public-facing role or familiarity with brand-driven storytelling/mission-aligned marketing a plus.What You’ll Gain• Experience working with online content creators such as Justin “Danger” Nunley and Brad “USMC Gnome” Martin. • A front-row seat in scaling a rapidly growing, purpose-driven brand in congress with our media team at Merritt Productions.• Training and mentorship on brand identity, mission alignment, and managing content creation in a robust cross platform campaign.• Grow your content management/sales portfolio in e-commerce operations, social commerce, and digital conversion funnels. • Opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a mission supporting veterans and first responders.• Potential for full-time employment after SkillBridge.Make an ImpactAt WAYS Energy, we do more than deliver clean energy.
