The HR Systems Specialist SkillBridge Program at Ride Fear Free is designed for transitioning service members who want to manage and optimize the digital systems that support workforce management, recruitment operations, performance tracking, and training administration. This role focuses on building efficient human resource technology infrastructure that supports internships, SkillBridge participants, volunteers, and operational teams across the organization.This structured leadership track can be applied for with a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days, based on command approval and program alignment.
