As a Project Coordinator in the Preferred Banking Division you'll play a vital role in aiding the successful execution of enterprise projects to realize enterprise goals and objectives. You'll work closely with Preferred Banking project managers to develop detailed project plans and related documents. You'll be responsible for planning and monitoring the progress of projects throughout their life cycles, working with the project managers and key stakeholders to help determine and document project scope, create work schedules, and evaluate resource capacity. You'll aid the project managers to coordinate tasks and track the completion of scheduled tasks and activities to prevent delays. You'll be exposed to a wide variety of enterprise projects and will build a strong working knowledge of project management and successful delivery techniques. ABOUT THE JOB
Maintain, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring all tasks are assigned and completed on time. Communicate updates and escalate to project manager when needed.Support the project managers by ensuring key project artifacts are correct and kept for review and presentation. Includes collecting and storing key governance artifacts for phase gate reviews. Document meeting notes, summarize and distribute to project team.Track and report resource allocations and availability to leadership.
