We are looking for a CSG Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Strategy & Operations - Scale within our Customer Solutions Group org, you will have the opportunity to partner with various stakeholders at all levels across the organization to support execution of our growth strategy.To be successful, you will be hardworking, energetic, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:Partner with CSG leaders to aid in operating their business on a daily basisPartner with Business Systems teams to facilitate system enhancement requestsFacilitate reporting requirements gathering to inform analytics needsTrack and report on team KPIs and success metricsPartner with CSG teams to ensure data quality and integrity of internal systemsBuild and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports and perform other ad-hoc data analysis as neededProvide content management, process documentation & communications supportBe a resource for internal CSG end-users to field systems and reporting-related questions and issuesProvide ad-hoc Project Management support as neededDevelop productive and trusting relationships with leaders and other internal stakeholdersWhat You Will Bring:2+ years of operations and/or business analyst experienceThrives in a dynamic work environment and is able to manage competing prioritiesStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent problem solving skills with a strong desire to learn and growProven ability to work independently to achieve resultsPrevious experience with generalized analytics tools, including dashboard and report building requiredKnowledge of Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Loopio (RFP platform) a strong plus
