USMC Project Overmatch S&T Systems Analyst
The Advanced Technical Development (ATD) Integrated Product Team (IPT) IPT is a newly formed IPT that focuses on Science & Technology (S&T) efforts and technology transition of highly complex systems, fast-paced projects and emerging technologies. It has established sponsors that have partnered with NIWC Atlantic to assist with the rapid deployment of advanced technologies to identify and fill capability gaps to the warfighter.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a USMC Project Overmatch S&T Systems Analyst within the ATD IPT, this role will assist in the alignment of Science & Technology efforts to Project Overmatch technology gap initiatives and findings within USMC programs in advance of formal requirements. Project Overmatch is the Navy’s contribution to JADC2. Therefore, Project Overmatch is one of the highest priorities of the USMC and NIWC Atlantic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the alignment of Science & Technology efforts to Project Overmatch technology gap initiatives and findings within USMC programs in advance of formal requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years experience
- Knowledge of operational use of USN/Joint C4ISR systems from a USMC perspective, focused on command, control and communication systems
- Experience in technical transition of USN/Joint C4ISR systems and equipment
- Experience with acquisition process of Programs of Record (PORs)
- Operational focus with direct experience supporting the mission
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
