This is an entry level position that will provide employees with the chance to gain all necessary skills to work at any farm or to begin their own sustainable farm or agricultural business.

ABOUT THE JOB

Agriculture workers are integral to Red House Farm’s success. Agriculture workers are responsible for a range of activities essential to running a successful farm. Their primary focus includes planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops; caring for livestock and poultry; and handling various farm operations. They also manage financial and marketing activities, such as promoting products on social media and selling at local farmers markets. The team plays a crucial role in both the daily management and the business aspects of the farm.
