Idaho Youth Ranch
The Idaho Youth Ranch is offering a unique SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members to support the opening and operation of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience—a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility serving youth on our 258-acre therapeutic campus in Treasure Valley.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Youth Care Provider, you will play a vital, hands-on role in shaping a safe, supportive environment for adolescents working through trauma, mental health challenges, and emotional dysregulation. You will guide youth through daily routines, support individualized care plans, implement behavior support strategies, and build meaningful, healing-centered relationships. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a pioneering model for youth residential care in Idaho.This position is ideal for individuals interested in behavioral health, youth services, or clinical support roles. Candidates should be 21 or older, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be prepared to obtain an Idaho driver’s license within 15 days of hire.
