RV Service Technician Training ProgramThe Skillbridge training program is a 24 week onsite training program that will prepare you for full-time employment as a RV Service Technician with online learning, practical application, and on-the-job training.As a SkillBridge RV Service Technician Trainee you will follow the 24 week training program to complete the following:- Become certified as a RVTI RV Technician- Assist in diagnosing repairs needed to correct identified RV complaints.- Assist in perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with best industry practices.- Document workflow including diagnoses, cause, and correction in sufficient detail to satisfy warranty and NIRVC guests.- Perform pre-delivery inspections and walk-through demonstrations.- Test and verify repairs made to recreational vehicles.

Recreational Vehicle maintenance includes, but is not limited to, the following systems:-Electrical Systems-Water Heating Systems-Propane Systems-Interior Carpentry/Countertops-Slide Out Systems-Generators-Roof mounted A/C Systems-Satellite Systems. We have recently transitioned to a 7-day schedule at several of our locations, and all service & parts departments will move to this customer focused schedule in 2024. All service positions will operate on a 12-hour workday, working 3-4 days per week (with 3 or 4 days off per week) depending on their schedule. QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with AC/DC Electrical
- Basic Plumbing knowledge
