Business Development Representative (BDR)
This is a full-time remote role that combines the strategic skills of business development with the closing capabilities of sales. As a Business Development Representative at ASAP Marketplace, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
ABOUT THE JOB
Key Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and responsive inbound lead management Prepare thoroughly for prospect calls by researching company backgrounds and identifying key decision-makers Quote solutions, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently, often within a single call Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with a focus on conversion Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer value Execute timely follow-up actions to nurture prospects and move deals forward Maintain detailed and accurate records in HubSpot CRM, documenting all customer interactions and sales activities Build and maintain relationships with partners and prospects Required Qualifications1-3 years of proven sales experience (combined inbound and outbound experience preferred)Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions Strong closing skills with experience in one-call closing scenariosProblem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome customer objectionsGrowth-oriented attitude and willingness to continuously improveSelf-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related fieldAbility to multi-task, organize priorities, and perform effectively under pressureProfessional references will be required
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience (combined inbound and outbound experience preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions
- Strong closing skills with experience in one-call closing scenarios
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome customer objections
- Growth-oriented attitude and willingness to continuously improve
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
- Ability to multi-task, organize priorities, and perform effectively under pressure
- Professional references will be required
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in customer service and account management
