Barbaricum seeks to provide real-world training and exposure to how our business units operate in support of our federal customers. This will include integrating with other project/program managers and corporate-level staff including staffing and recruiting, contracts management, accounting, human resources and quality management. Our goal is to provide transitioning Service members an accurate and engaging window into the challenges and opportunities that our work provides, and how to sustain and grow in a competitive market. This program will also help identify, improve and develop certain skillsets for SkillBridge participants that are critical for project and program managers to have, while also creating strong relationships with experienced operations and program management professionals with proven experience building, growing and sustaining a successful portfolio and business.

ABOUT THE JOB
Barbaricum is a rapidly growing federal contractor with three core business units supporting various portfolios and federal government customers. Both the Mission Support and Cyber & Intelligence lines of work support customers and mission sets directly relevant to the experience and interests of transitioning Service members. As our work grows, so does the need to hire competent project managers and other operations professionals to support the growth, service and quality of our contracts at the middle-management level. This will include positions leveraging operations, logistics, administrative, personnel management and financial management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
