ICS SkillBridge
Serve as a SkillBridge program participant supporting various Joint Staff Support Center (JSSC) functions gaining experience in IT operations, multimedia services, performance monitoring, and administrative support. This SkillBridge position will serve as a job training program to prepare participant for potential employment with ICS, supporting various IT and operational tasks. The SkillBridge participant will complete various assignments such as providing operations support and services, participation in meetings, training, and operational functions to develop a robust set of marketable IT skills.
ABOUT THE JOB
Through the SkillBridge program, ICS provides training and mentoring at different locations tailored to transitioning service members. Participants can explore various technical and operational career paths, including:1. Information Technology and Systems Administration: Gain proficiency in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT infrastructure critical to national security operations.2. Network Engineering and Performance Monitoring: Learn advanced skills in network configuration, provisioning, and performance management for classified and unclassified systems.3. Cybersecurity and Compliance: Acquire expertise in implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and maintaining system compliance with DoD cybersecurity protocols.4. Multimedia Support: Build capabilities in video teleconferencing (VTC), audiovisual production, photography, and graphic design to support high-level military and government operations.5. Operational Planning and Mission Support: Contribute to planning, monitoring, and executing mission-critical operations while improving administrative and reporting processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum clearance requirements for the position of interest
- Possess or ability to attain the required DoD 8140/8570 Information Assurance Technical Level
- Understanding of customer support across a range of systems/architectures ensuring mission success in support of DoD
- Some relevant military experience in IT, operations, or related field
- Meet the minimum qualifications for one or more ICS positions
- Confirmed eligibility to participate in SkillBridge

1. Minimum clearance requirements for the position of interest, and2. Possess or ability to attain the required DoD 8140/8570 Information Assurance Technical Level required for role, 3.
