The Military Housing Office is proud to offer an approved Skillbridge training opportunity designed to introduce transitioning service members to the fundamentals of housing management. This program provides real‑world, hands‑on experience that prepares participants for meaningful careers in the property management industry.

ABOUT THE JOB

Gathers and evaluates data, and reports compliance with all terms of the privatization transactiondocuments, and periodically inspects all aspects of the privatization project, including maintenance andservice calls, etc.Provides information on available housing options in privatized housing (PH) and community housing;makes PH eligibility determinations; counsels occupants on PH policies, procedures, and directives; andinitiates, prepares and processes various financial documents as required. Provides housing referral services to military members, their dependents, and civilian employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨
