A Threat Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats to executives, senior leaders, and other high-profile individuals. The position involves monitoring security risks, conducting open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, analyzing threat intelligence, and evaluating potential risks related to travel, public appearances, corporate events, and personal security.
Conduct threat assessments and identify potential risks.Monitor open-source intelligence, social media, news, and other information sources for emerging threats.Analyze intelligence and assess the credibility, intent, and capability of potential threat actors.Prepare threat reports, executive briefings, and actionable security recommendations and support red-team exercises.Support executive protection teams with advance planning, travel risk assessments, and event security intelligence.Collaborate with corporate security, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to coordinate threat response and mitigation strategies.Maintain situational awareness and provide timely alerts regarding developing security concerns.
SOF, red-team, or engineering background preferred.
