Bookkeeper/Controller & Member Engagement Manager
The Hybrid Bookkeeper/Controller & Member Engagement Manager serves as the financial steward and front-facing relationship lead to support growing research, industry partnership, innovation center, and member consortium activities.This dual-role position provides (1) core financial management for organization's expanding portfolio — including SCIF operations, corporate memberships, contract research, accelerator programs, and sponsored collaborations — and (2) member engagement and experience management to ensure strong relationships with partner companies, government sponsors, state agencies, and academic collaborators.The position is ideal for an individual who can combine precise financial administration with strong interpersonal, operational, and organizational skills. The role will support organization's mission across a wide array of emerging initiatives, including the Partnership Intermediary Agreements with the US Air Force and US Army, NeDI Drone Innovation Center, Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC), Lowell Innovation Network Corridor (LINC), and the organization's secure research enterprise.The individual will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Operations, Finance, state partners, and industry members to maintain high standards of financial integrity, operational excellence, and partner satisfaction.
