The AWS Cloud Solutions Specialist SkillBridge program prepares transitioning service members for entry-level cloud computing and IT infrastructure roles. Participants develop foundational knowledge and hands-on skills in cloud architecture, deployment, security fundamentals, and operational support using industry-standard Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms. This program emphasizes practical application of cloud technologies to support business systems, data storage, networking, and scalable computing environments aligned with modern employer needs.
As an entry-level AWS Cloud Solutions Specialist, graduates may support cloud-based IT environments by assisting with system configuration, deployment, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of cloud resources. Typical responsibilities may include supporting cloud infrastructure operations, managing virtual machines and storage, assisting with security controls, documenting system configurations, and collaborating with IT and operations teams. Graduates are prepared for roles such as cloud support technician, junior cloud administrator, IT infrastructure support specialist, or systems operations assistant.
