Military Transition Internship

This internship offers transitioning service members a deep dive into the dynamic world of investment banking, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Over 26 weeks, participants will receive rigorous training in financial analysis, valuation methods, deal pipeline management, and the key stages of M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing. Interns will develop skills in financial modeling, market research, client communication, and project management, gaining practical, hands-on experience in live and simulated deal scenarios. This program is designed to prepare candidates for high-impact careers in investment banking and M&A, while providing mentorship and exposure to real-world transactions.

ABOUT THE JOB

This internship equips participants for roles in Investment Banking, M&A, Deal Advisory, Financial Analysis, and Corporate Development. Graduates will be trained in financial modeling, valuation techniques, deal structuring, and the end-to-end M&A process. These competencies position candidates to excel in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A teams, or transaction advisory roles, providing a robust foundation for a successful career in deal-making and financial strategy.
